Meredith makes these muffins almost weekly using those end-of-week straggler bananas and whatever’s in the kitchen, and they are always yummy.

There is no secret here. Just put everything in a bowl, stir, pour into a muffin pan, and pop ‘em in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Yield: 12-14 muffins

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten free flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • dash of salt

  • 2-3 mashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1 flax egg

  • 1/3 cup of vegan butter or oil

Some fun additions are chocolate chips, blueberries, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, maple syrup, or almond butter…the options are endless!

A grill master is only as good as his meat and, of course, his meat thermometer.

grab a beer, throw it on the grill, flip every 7 minutes, hit 145 degrees F, and enjoy for tonight's dinner and tomorrow's lunch.

This pork tenderloin (or “chicken” if you're under five-years-old) has become a weekly staple. Alan pairs it with these garlic parmesan roasted sweet potatoes for a super easy and delicious meal.

Lauren recently started following Tieghan Gerard’s Instagram account, @halfbakedharvest. Not only will her feed immediately make you hungry, but all her recipes are easy and ADDICTING.

This cake. Holy moly.

It’s the best sweet, summer loaf that tastes just as good the next morning for breakfast.

A friend introduced Lauren to @halfbakedharvest and they made this cake together over the summer using her friend’s blueberries that were fresh picked from earlier that day and thyme clipped from her garden.
